Exclusivos Báez Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
